UK & Ireland Delivery

All items will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible, if an item is showing as in stock it should be with you within the next few working days, unless you upgrade your shipping with us. With any item that is not in stock please allow a longer timescale for us to order the item in. If this is the case, an email notification will be sent to let you know the approximate delivery date for you. Any orders received Monday to Friday by 15:00 will be processed that same day. Please allow for a longer dispatch date for any items that need to be customised. If you have a deadline please let us know, and we will do all we possibly can to accommodate this and offer advice as to which shipping option to choose. We reserve the right to cancel any order made with us.

United Kingdom Delivery Charges

We have a minimum order value of £60.00 to receive free shipping (UK only). A £3.40 delivery charge will be added to orders under £60.00 (UK only). Orders will be shipped as standard by Royal Mail Standard Tracked delivery service. It is possible to upgrade to a faster delivery service by selecting either Tracked Priority or Special Delivery options (see table below for pricing). For urgent deliveries we would suggest Royal Mail Special Delivery service. All deliveries are covered by insurance.

* Royal Mail Tracked Priority and Standard:

This service gives you peace of mind as your package is tracked throughout it's journey through the Royal Mail network. This means that you always know where you package is. Tracked Priority is a next day service, whereas Tracked Standard is a 2 - 3 day service. Tracking of packages is automatically added as a service with status updates provided to the email address provided with your order. You can also track the status of your order via the Royal Mail website: www.royalmail.com/trackandtrace.

** Royal Mail Special Delivery:

Use Royal Mail Special Delivery for guaranteed delivery of your package before 1.00pm the next working day to 99% of the UK, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. For urgent items please contact our customer services team to check on stock levels. Items out of stock will not be delivered the next day.

United Kingdom BFPO Delivery Charges

Prescription (Rx) Models

For prescription (Rx) models please allow up to 14 days for configuration. For configuration of mirrored lenses please allow an extra 3-4 days. Please note that at peak times the configuration times may increase due to demand. Please contact us for an estimated delivery date.

Before configuring prescription glasses and sunglasses, a prescription must be faxed or mailed to us before the prescription lenses are requested from our lab. This is a requirement under UK law.
