ADIDAS lenses - Light Stabilizer Technology (LST)
Quick changes from light to dark put a strain on your eyes. The unique Light Stabilizer technology harmonizes this effect. In spite of the high darkening factor (82-88% light absorption / shade factor 3), the LST lens lights up what you see, thanks to a special colour mix and offers super contrasting as well.
ADIDAS Space lens
In cooperation with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), adidas sport eyewear has developed the SPACE Lens technology. The filter has already been successfully used in numerous NASA missions, and is indispensable equipment of NASA and ISS astronauts today for protection against high infrared and ultraviolet light. Outdoor athletes have similar requirements for reliability and performance. Therefore introduced into the adidas sport eyewear collection is the SPACE lens which provides the ultimate in defence from intense light conditions.
ADIDAS Polarised lenses
Natural light is emitted like waves in all directions. Light reflected from highly reflected surfaces (e.g. water, beech & wet roads etc.) is polarised, i.e. reflected in a direction which is perceived by the human eye as an unpleasant glare. The polarised performance PC lenses from adidas sport eyewear effectively eliminate these reflected light waves. Enhanced contrast and clear colour perception: these are just some of the advantages of this lens technology. The three-fold anti-reflection coating additionally applied to the inside avoids reflections which could occur at the glass surface and thus improves sharpness of vision and gives unimpaired clear sight.
